Response User Group 2018

We are very pleased to announce the 2018 Response User Group Conference will be held August 16-19 at The Palazzo | The Venetian | The Sands Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada.  

We are combining the positive feedback we received from the single day User Group Conferences we held last year in Boston, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Atlanta with the large conference experience we’ve gotten from past RUGs by having all Response customers from around the states in one place at the same time.

By far the biggest benefit at Response User Group meetings is the networking and “group solve” that we see happen between and among the users.  With the mix of customers present at the conference across the literally dozens of market segments and streamlined business models, you’re certain to find solutions to the business problems you’re facing by someone who’s “been there and done that.”   We make every effort to provide a forum where information can be exchanged freely, feedback (both good and bad) does not fall on deaf ears, and your productivity and success are paramount.  We’ll sprinkle in presentations certain to pique your interest and promote thoughtful discussion, and we’ll seek your guidance to keep Response adaptive, relevant, and easy to use.

The Regional events in 2016 were very successful and we received positive feedback, however the one missing element was a larger group of Response users.  We are attempting to remedy that with a fast-paced agenda at an easy-to-get-to location where you can get in, get knowledge, and get out.  We’ve also made a point to provide as much networking time as possible outside of the main presentation track.

Bring multiple attendees to get the best benefit!  Sign up before June 15th and your 4th attendee is FREE. Thursday evening we will enjoy a Welcome Reception and Vendor Showcase as a group. During Friday’s conference we will cover how businesses are succeeding at selling across multiple channels utilizing Response in ways you never imagined…(see the agenda for more detailed info on content) and Saturday’s round-table workshop will include face-to-face meetings with the Response “brains” and will cover topics specific to your business.
